Job Description

Our client, an instantly recognisable brand with Head Offices in Hertfordshire are looking to source a Treasury Supervisor to join their team. Reporting to the Treasury Manager this role will be supporting a team made up of a Treasury Assistant and a Payment Clerk. This will involve overseeing all daily operational support of the back office treasury function.

Key Responsibilities:
-Daily management of cash balances, processing of transactions and bank reconciliations
-Assist with cash forecasting & ensure that weekly payments run is completed and is in compliance with cash flow plans
-Daily monitoring of key treasury activities
-Developing treasury procedures and ensuring Treasury policy is adhered to at all times
-Knowledge of interest rate SWAPS
-Optimize working capital & credit facility management
-Liquidity management through cash flow forecasting
-Liaise with Banks, other third parties
-Improve & maintain internal control structure, governance & ensure adherence
-Supporting on any internal or external audit
-Submission of covenants reports to the bank
-Management of bank mandates
-Previous experience with bank payment systems, ideally HSBC
-Month end reporting
-Strong Excel skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Supervise & review of the treasury and payments team
