Vitae Financial Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a truly dynamic FTSE 100 employer of choice, with a great reputation in the market for providing a fun, fast-paced and flexible working environment. This is a newly created and rare role, due to consistent internal talent planning, for a bright and impressive Senior Finance Manager to join the FP&A function.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this is a key management role within the team and provides complete financial ownership for corporate costs. It's a very visible position, giving you great exposure to all the corporate functions, allowing you to network and build credibility quickly. You will also be responsible for 2 direct reports.

Main duties include:
* Business partnering for corporate team and ensuring business owners are supported with the right insight
* Providing financial leadership to Directors and teams covering budget setting, monthly reporting/analysis, reforecasting, business case evaluation, 5 year planning and ad hoc budgets
* Developing and delivering presentations to senior executives regarding business performance and metrics
* Driving business initiatives that act as a catalyst for change ; understanding business strategic and operating plans and develop approaches to support objective decision-making
* Responsibility for all control, accounting and reporting activities for cost centres and leading the completion of month end and actuals reporting
* Providing leadership and managing 2 direct reports

Key skills & experience required:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a complex, diverse environment
* Strong knowledge of business strategy development, process management, budgeting and business operations
* Commercially astute and a proven business partner with clear credibility and gravitas
* Strong foundation in financial control
* Confident self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude
* Competent and nurturing leading, capable of developing others and encouraging success
