Job Description
You'll initially be responsible for overseeing the end to end finance operations, financial analysis, balance sheet reconciliations and finance systems; ensuring these are all high quality and capable of supporting further business growth.
Main duties include:
* Responsibility for all financial and accounting transactions (AP, AR, Payroll etc)
* Ensuring Group's financial and management accounts are accurate and reliable
* Dealing with technical issues that arise
* Improving efficiency and ensuring continuous improvement of end to end finance systems
* Improving reporting including KPIs
* Assisting Group FC with year end close and audit processes
* Dealing with working capital management and producing cash flow projections
* Recruiting and developing talent for the team
Key skills & experience required:
* ACA Qualified
* Strong technical knowledge, including IFRS
* Excel at an advanced level
* Creating statutory accounts
* Ability to delegate and manage a team effectively
* Confident communicator, capable of building relationships both internally and externally
* Proven track record working in a deadline and target driven environment
* A positive and proactive approach to problem solving
