Job Description
The roles will be working as part of a fast-paced, high performing finance department, helping to drive improved performance across Europe and identifying opportunities to maximise profitability and drive strategy where possible.
* Ensuring high levels of trust in reporting, communication and forecasting
* Holding regular reviews with Operations teams to share information, make decisions and deliver plan
* Analysis and communication of P&L lines to identify drivers and explain and challenge performance
* Analytical support to projects and new initiatives
* Prepare presentations to Senior Leadership Team and provide input for Board of Directors
* Driving process and excel model simplification
Key skills & experience required:
* Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
* Strong academics including a minimum 2:1 degree from a well-regarded institution
* Confident Excel user and generally systems savvy
* Commercially astute, with a curiosity about business performance and drivers
* Flexible, proactive and position attitude towards work
* Thrives in a team environment, enjoys collaborating with others
* Confident, credible and affable character, can influence and challenge others in a professional, measured way
* Capable working with large quantities of data and manipulating into relevant and useable outputs
