Job Description
You'll be a key stakeholder, establishing and developing strong cross-functional relationships and acting as a financial leader whose analysis will drive operational efficiencies, as well as future growth.
Main duties include:
* Facilitating projects and investment prioritisation by ensuring all projects are challenged and have robust business cases
* Providing analytical support on ad hoc analyses that drive strategic and operational decisions
* Providing financial insight to develop strategies required to support the growth of the European business
* Challenging current thinking and make recommendations on how to optimise operations and minimise risk/cost
* Developing an investment appraisal model to ensure all business cases are accurate and aligned
* Evaluating and reporting actual versus planned outcomes
* Developing an ROI focused culture
* Facilitating budgeting and forecasting and long-range planning process
Key skills & experience required:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or MBA
* Strong business modelling skills and proven track record of delivering results to deadlines
* High level of initiative, curiosity and drive
* Possesses a flexible attitude and a proactive and analytical approach to problem solving
* Excellent communications skills across all levels, capable of building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
* Commercially astute, with examples to date adding value through creative thought and initiative
* Proven leadership and team management
