Sales & Operations Planning Manager (Commercial Finance/Consulting Background)
£45,000 - £50,000 + Excellent bens + Bonus

Main duties include:

* Owning and transforming the end to end sales analysis in the UK, across 400 sites
* Bringing pace and robustness to the supple chain forecasting and ordering process
* Partnering with the European Procurement Team and Distribution
* Partnering with Operations Team to define financial plans and monitor site P&Ls
* Owning equity P&L for quarterly plans, aligning company targets and actual performance
* Identify strategic opportunities for improvement

You must demonstrate:
* Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to take data and transform into value-adding insight
* 'Best in class' influencing and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships cross-functionally and challenging others where necessary in a professional and diplomatic manner
* A passion and enthusiasm for commercial strategy and ability to drive change
* Ambitious and self-motivated character; this is a Key Development Role (KDR) and the successful candidate will have every opportunity for fast-track progression

The ideal candidate will have stellar academics and at least 4 years' experience in either a consulting, strategic planning or commercial finance environment. Advanced Excel skills are a must and knowledge of the multi-site hospitality/leisure/retail/FMCG industries would be a distinct advantage.
