Job Description

Our client, a widely recognised, FTSE 100 organisation are currently looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their expanding Finance function for 3 months. Candidates must be immediately available to interview and start.

Key responsibilities;
- Coding / checking invoices / dealing with discrepancies / Matching invoices with PO's and delivery notes
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Distributing invoices for authorisation and authorising on system
- Processing supplier payments via BACS
- Reconciliation and analysis of supplier statements and account
- All queries are accurately logged and comments are regularly updated

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a fast-paced, high-volume accounts department and a working knowledge of SAP would be desirable.
