Purchase Ledger Clerk, Wembley
£23,000 - £25,000 per annum plus benefits, Permanent

Our client is an established entity that is looking to expand its finance department. They are interested in people to join its work force and aid in bringing it to new heights. This opportunity presents itself for those with a transactional based skill set and previous experience in the role of a purchase ledger clerk.

Key duties:
- Processing a high volume of invoices (100+ per day)
- Overseeing the reconciliation of the ledger on a regular basis
- Dealing with all relevant enquiries as soon as they arise
- Processing staff expenses
- Maintaining supplier accounts and setting up new ones
- Matching purchase orders to purchase ledger and GRN's
- Dealing with any ad hoc finance duties
- Using Microsoft services in daily work life (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Preparing payment runs
- Making payments via BACS and cheques
- Processing staff expenses
