Job Description

Our client, a growing UK enterprise with an International presence are looking to source a dynamic accounts payable clerk to join their team. This would suit an individual with at least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, high volume accounts department.

Key Responsibilities
-All areas of Purchase Ledger function - processing of supplier invoices, reconciling of supplier statements and preparing weekly payment runs
-Resolving supplier queries
-Opening new accounts
-Allocating payments
-Processing monthly employee expenses
-Contributing to process improvement initiatives
-Assisting with ad hoc requests from senior management team

This is a business that can offer an excellent work culture within a sociable, dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines. Intermediate Excel skills will also be expected.
