Job Description

We are currently working with an outstanding construction company based in West London to source an accounts payable clerk on a three month contract. Due to the nature of the role only candidates who are immediately available or on a short notice period will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

-Accurate recording and processing of supplier invoices in a timely manner
-Matching purchase invoices to orders and delivery notes
-Inputting invoices on to purchase ledger system
-Filing of delivery notes, purchase orders and paid invoices
-Supporting Subcontractor payroll team as required
-Ad hoc departmental administration duties as required

Previous experience working within a purchase ledger department will be essential and a background in the construction industry would be preferred. This is a fast paced, high volume role and Intermediate Excel skills will be a must (Pivot Tables / V-Lookups).
