Job Description
This is a high profile role for the business, reporting to the Transformation Business Lead and playing a pivotal part in improving finance processes, to enable the department to become a strategic partner to the wider organisation.
Main duties include:
* Defining the scope of the ERP programme technical solution for Project and Portfolio Management
* Designing and agreeing how to report projects from high level principles to the detailed work breakdown structure
* Capturing the detailed user requirements and influence IT and Systems Integrator to ensure that all planned developments are fit for purpose
* Designing interface with fixed asset ledge and capex reporting
* Designing project reporting outputs and working with the Data lead to define requirements
* Supporting the design and implementation of broader accounting and reporting requirements
* Supporting the testing process
* Designing training materials
Key experience and skill set required:
* Proven exposure implementing Fusion programme modules would be highly advantageous but other ERP systems will be considered providing candidates have end to end project management experience
* Designing project reporting outputs
* Experience of best practice project reporting processes
* Confident and credible communication, able to work with senior stakeholders across a complex business
* Clear credibility and gravitas, capable of challenging the status quo and driving change
