Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
-Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
-Manage project cash flows
-Preparation of monthly accounts
-Monthly reconciliations
-Timely preparation of project sales invoices
-Authorisation of project related invoices/costs
-Involvement in Quarterly Performance Reviews with the wider Project Team and preparation for an attendance at Quarterly Financial Reviews.
-Ensure that all projects are properly set up and processed on Oracle
-Support PO/procurement process on Oracle
-Build and maintain strong working relationships with Project Accountants and the wider finance team
The ideal candidate will be a strong management accountant with experience in a similar project based role. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential and experience working with Oracle would be advantageous. Due to the nature of the role, the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and to meet strict deadlines will be critical. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills are also a must for this position.
