Job Description

Our client, a dynamic & market leading global organisation, demonstrating impressive growth in the current market, is looking to source a PMO Lead to join its Finance Transformation Programme that is implementing a new ERP platform and enabling the function to become a more effective strategic partner to the business.

Reporting to the Programme Director, you will have responsibility for leading the Programme Management Office across the Finance Transformation programme to include:

* Managing and owning the overarching programme plan
* Ensuring governance principles are actively documented, promoted and implemented
* Coordinating he production of programme reporting
* Managing programme risks and issues, ensuring they are escalated and acted upon effectively
* Managing programme documentation, e.g. change requests, business case, financial, design documents
* Leading the PMO team
* Ad hoc support for workstream leads and Programme Director

Skills & experience required:

* Educated to degree level and have a minimum 5 years' experience in an IT change environment
* Experience in setting up and running a PMO
* Knowledge of the tools and techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling programmes and projects
* Excellent reporting skills (programme/portfolio level reporting preferred)
* Effective communication and relationship building skills at all levels (including stakeholder relationship management)
* Strong ERP implementation experience (Oracle Fusion would be advantageous)
