Job Description
Our client, a high performing business, well respected in its specialist field, is looking to source a talented and diligent Payroller to join on an initial 3 month contract basis. The successful candidate will work on a remote basis, but ideally will live around the Beds/Herts area, in case of occasional office work. Candidates must also be available immediately.
Main duties include:
* Pay 1000 people on a weekly payroll on first 2 days of the week
* Using Zellis Resource Link as payroll system
* Extracting feeder information from the Time and Attendance system
* Sending draft information to sites for verification
* Net pay submission
* HMRC submissions
* Reporting back to the business on Excel
* Ad hoc queries
Experience required:
* Proven experience in fast moving weekly payroll
* Proactive, self-starter, can work on own initiative
* Communicative, accurate and hard working
* Committed (will see contract through to minimum mid-March, longer term opportunities may be on offer)
