Payroll Specialist - St Albans
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum plus Benefits

Due to ambitious expansion plans, our client a dynamic and market-leading business in its field, is looking to source a Payroll Specialist to join their rapidly growing team

Key duties
- Managing Payroll inbox and dealing with all queries within agreed time frames
- Running weekly payroll reports and checking accuracy of data
- Ensuring the accurate entry of pay elements
- Maintaining payroll technical knowledge through educational workshops and professional publications
- Reconciling payroll results, payroll costing, gross to net and FPS
- Ensuring a consistent focus and involvement in driving efficiencies and payroll process improvements
- Assisting with form data entry when required

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing a large payroll, both hourly and salaried. You will be experienced in reporting payroll data for internal budgeting and reporting purposes as well as having strong team working and interpersonal skills. You will be goal oriented, flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to use your own initiative and managing multiple tasks.
