Job Description

Senior Payroll Administrator (3 months) - Watford - 30-35k (equivalent)

Our client, a global brand in their field, are looking to employ a Senior Payroll Administrator on temporary basis. With a change of system being implemented they require someone with good Payroll skills to come in and help alleviate the situation, to this note you must have experience with ADP Freedom as well as being immediately available.
Immediately available - Mandatory to be available ASAP.

Main Responsibilities

1) Processing data in ADP Freedom UK - Including adding new starters/processing leavers - MANDATORY
2) Handling OT Sheets
3) Processing Private Mileage Forms
4) Processing Childcare Vouchers
5) Sickness Reporting
6) Ad Hoc Payroll Duties

Ideally candidate will have

1) Previous experience with ADP Freedom UK
2) Excellent communication skills to liaise with HR/Management
3) Intermediate Excel Skills
4) Experience in Reporting
5) Pension Portal experience desired but not essential as training will be provided
