Payroll Administrator, St Albans, Hertfordshire
£20,000-£26,000, Excellent Benefits, Permanent

Our client is a very well established business operating from the centre of St Albans. This business has an exemplary track record regarding employee relationships and candidate calibre. The chosen candidate will have grear responsibility within the Payroll team. With this role comes a real opportunity for progression. Duties would include:
*Submitting electronic data to HMRC each month
*SMP & SSP knowledge of statutory payments and salary sacrifice
*End of year and on-going compliance
*Liaising with clients and dealing with various ad-hoc queries
*Auto enrolment input processing
*Processing fortnightly, monthly and quarterly client payroll for various sized clients
*Regularly checking statutory information held on STAR
*Monthly letters to payroll clients detailing Revenue payments
*Providing reports to the clients detailing data and cost analysis confidentially
*Investigating unusual requests

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroller to work in an exciting, practise. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a similar role, with a background in professional services being very beneficial. Working knowledge of STAR payroll software would be extremely desirable.
