Job Description

Our client, a highly-reputable and expanding business, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their growing finance function. Reporting in the Head of Finance you will be responsible for ensuring the payments to sub-contractors are collated and submitted in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities
- Inputting Sub-Contractor payments
- Maintaining accurate sub-contract records
- Communicating with relevant teams regarding Sub-Contract payments
- Liaising with outsourced payment provider in regards to any queries
- Resolving sub-contractors enquiries
- Other ad hoc duties within the department

The successful candidate will be a motivated and diligent finance professional who is keen to take on a fast-paced role within an outstanding local business. With excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks, you will be confident in your abilities to manage a high-volume role.

Experience in working with sub-contractors in a finance role would be advantageous but is not essential. Intermediate excel skills are required for the role.
