Payments Administrator- Permanent- Hitchin
circa £20,000

Our client, a very impressive and dynamic business, is seeking a bright and conscientious payment administrator to join their finance team. Reporting into the Payment Team Leader you will work within an energetic and sociable team to ensure the payments are processed and recorded accurately.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join an excellent company, which will help develop their existing administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing payments in accordance with company policy
- Identifying the most suitable payment method
- Processing payments both on the internet and over the phone
- Keeping accurate and clear records for each payment
- Assisting both customer and colleagues payment queries

The successful candidate will be a driven and diligent individual who is keen to take on a new challenge within payments. With demonstrable experience in both data entry and administration, you will be confident in your ability process information accurately.

A good knowledge of Excel is essential with a good all round IT ability. You will possess good numeracy skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
