Job Description

Our client, an impressive global brand with offices in Central London are looking to source an Experience Office Manager to work as part of their UK based team. This is a business that run various projects across Europe, Asia and Africa to help tackle various social and economic issues and have exciting plans for 2019.

This role will be based in the London office based near Old Street and will work closely with the company's corporate services, including HR systems, IT facilities and suppliers, insurance and Health and Safety.

Key Responsibilities:
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
*Manage supplier/equipment maintenance contracts; ensure sufficient office and kitchen supplies.
*Maintain inventory of office equipment.
*Coordinate logistical arrangements for visitors; assist with events and meeting planning.
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
*Providing on-call support including coordinating with the security service.
*Help to manage and oversee cleaning contractors and equipment maintenance; annual review of supplier contracts.
*Liaise with building management re facilities.
*Ensure communal areas of offices are kept tidy; oversee recycling.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
*Serve as the company's H&S Officer for the London office.
*Maintain First Aid box and instigate First Aider and Fire Marshall training for volunteer staff as and when required.
*Complete H&S checks and risk assessments.
*Organise H&S inductions.
*Serve as security focal point for the office.
HR SYSTEMS/PROCESSES
*Assist with keeping HR policies up-to-date and compliant.
*Entering data on Oracle HR throughout employee life-cycle.
*Maintaining data and filing to comply with data protection requirements.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced office manager with excellent communication skills and a pro-active work ethic. A strong customer service background will be essential and any experience in improving processes and procedures would be beneficial.
