Interim Project Coordinator - Watford
£180 - £200 per day

Our client, a highly impressive entity going through a fantastic period of growth is currently looking to source an experienced and dedicated immediately Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team on an initial ongoing temp basis.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Project Manager
- Liaise with European and US Sites remotely, phone, conference calls etc
- Prepare and maintain project plans and charts for specific projects
- Perform Risk Analysis in conjunction with the Functional team managers and Senior Project Manager
- Route and track project documentation as it is being reviewed, and ensure project documentation is filed appropriately to either project file or design history file
- Prepare and file project meeting minutes and metric reports
- Administer the preparation and review of department SOPs and work instructions, the project proposal process, and the project update meetings

The successful candidate will be immediately available and have experience doing a similar role. You must have advanced Excel skills and ideally SAP knowledge. You will have the ability influence Senior Stakeholders and Managers and challenge the status quo as required.
Experience dealing with a large amount of internal customers experience and significant business change is essential. You must have strong communication skills both written and verbal.
