French Speaking Invoice Processing Clerk, £22000-£26000 per annum, Watford, Temporary

Our client is a current leader within their chosen field. With continuous growth leading to the expansion of their financial department, our client is recruiting for a confident, French speaking invoice processing clerk to join their team. The candidate will be given the opportunity to showcase their skills in a progressive and exciting financial department as well as potential to extend their career within the industry.

Duties to include:
*Processing vendor invoices accurately and timely in line with accounting procedures
*Reconciliation of items and invoices through partnership with other teams within the company
*Development and maintenance of work instructions
*Insurance that business users follow correct processes for raising invoices
*Support education of business users to follow correct procedure
*Completion of payment runs and ad-hoc manual payments as required

Candidates must possess:
*At least 2 years of experience within payables processes and data related to transaction processing
*Confidence within SAP systems
*Fluency in French and English

Ideal candidates would possess:
*Commitment to team work
*Intermediate to advanced knowledge of excel
*Ability to multi-task efficiently
*Ability to collaborate with multiple teams in order to complete end goal
