Job Description
This role will report to a Senior FP&A Manager and have responsibility for a team of 2, so some previous leadership experience would be required.
Key duties include:
* Working with Business Partners to obtain insight on results to present in a meaningful way
* Weekly reporting of sales and KPI data
* Periodic reporting including to key stakeholders and the Board pack, providing financial and operational metrics
* Consolidating the monthly management accounts
* Reviewing the cost allocation model
* Analysing external data for external benchmarking and competitor analysis
* Overseeing the budget and forecasting process, understanding key drivers and variances
* Developing reports and analysis to give insight into operational cost base
* Evolving current ways of working
* Working closely with FC to produce 5 year plan in line with strategy
* Supporting ad hoc request for analysis and information
Skills & experience required:
* Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
* Strong academic record
* Good working knowledge of Excel and generally systems savvy
* Proven track record working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Can prioritise and adapt in an evolving workplace
* Excellent communication, as you will be working with all levels of finance
* Logical, driven and proactive approach to tasks
* Possesses a keen eye for detail
