Job Description
Main duties include:
* Building strong relationships with management ream
* Mentoring and managing a high performing FP&A team
* Leading and coordinating activities to strict timelines
* Leading on the preparation of annual budget and forecasts, as well as information for external reporting
* Developing strong working relationships with international finance teams
* Working with Management team to improve efficiency of their business processes
* Supporting ad hoc requests for analysis and information to support decision making
* Driving improves business insight by developing cost of ownership analysis
* Evaluating potential new capital and revenue related projects and developing processes to monitor the performance of existing initiatives
* Demonstrating strong commercial understanding and awareness of key drivers
Key skills & experience required:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified and strong academics record
* Experience of managing and leading teams
* Proven reporting, FP&A, budgeting and forecasting experience
* Examples to date of improving and designing new processes
* Confident and credible business partner, capable of building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
* A flexible and proactive approach to problem solving
* Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders when needed
* Open, personable and engaging character
