FP&A Manager - Chiswick
£75,000 - £85,000 per annum plus Car plus Bonus plus Excellent Benefits

We have an outstanding opportunity for a top calibre FP&A Manager to join one of Europe's leading and fastest growing brands. The company offers unrivalled opportunities on their Senior Finance Management rotation programme and Talent Management is very high on the agenda!

The main purpose of this role is to provide high quality financial information and commercial insight on management reporting to group finance and providing direct support to the Head of FP&A and the Group Financial Controller

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement plans that ensure the right resources are in place for short and medium term to meet Internal and Group requirements to the required standard
- Develop, and review on a routine basis, a high level of succession plan
- Manage the team to ensure that goals are delivered within pre-agreed timelines and budget
- Driven by a detailed knowledge and understanding of the business plan and operations, deliver routine reporting and insightful analysis on business performance against the 3 year business plan, budget and routine forecasts evaluating variances from plan, risks and opportunities and recommending appropriate action
- Identify business trends and conduct further analysis to improve the understanding of factors behind the changes/trends occurring, providing insights, conclusions and recommendations
- Create and deliver business presentations and communications for Group and UK
- Design and monitor performance against company incentive schemes
- Champion and manage capital investment approval and reporting processes
- Deliver weekly full year forecast together with rolling view of risks and opportunities
- Create and implement commercial analysis methodologies to support tactical and strategic decision making

The successful candidate will be ACA/CIMA Qualified with proven commercial experience at a Senior Management Level. You will have a minimum of 5 years post qualified experience doing a similar role ideally working for a multi-site business.
You will have a proven track record of improving financial performance and planning, and reporting processes.
You will have a track record of working with senior management business partners and be an effective communicator at all levels. You will be a self-starter, will have a practical and pragmatic approach and will work under your own initiative.
