FP&A and Treasury Analyst - Watford
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus Excellent Benefits and Flex working hours!

Our client, an impressive organisation with an innovative approach to business and fantastic national presence, is looking for a talented FP&A Treasury Analyst to joint their rapidly expanding team.
The role purpose is to contribute to business development, improvement of services, achievement of high performance and targets and overall success and growth of business through the application of leadership, business and professional technical skills.

Key duties include
- Support the Head of FP&A and Treasury in ensuring the companies' business plan meets the organisation's needs
- Manage and deliver cash flow forecasts and managing cash and loan balances
- Ensure a timely and robust monthly process is managed for cashflow reporting, liquidity management and monitoring
- Work and liaise with joint venture partners in identifying investment and loan requirements for delivery of the Group's objectives and prepare financial plans for joint ventures
- Identify investment and loan requirements for delivery of the Group's assets and liabilities
- Maintain internal control processes to ensure best value policies and procedures and companies with statutory and policy requirements
- Support internal and external financial reporting for the Group and maintain appropriate control policies
- Develop and maintain the Group Treasury Policy

The successful candidate will have previous experience doing a similar role and broad experience of working with a business to guide strategy and planning.
You will have good understanding of negotiating banking facilities, capital markets debt and credit ratings. Advanced Excel skills are essential with the ability to use business planning tools.
You will be a proactive, highly organised and a self-starter.
