Financial Reporting Manager - Hemel Hempstead
£50,000 - £55,000, plus bonus and benefits

Vitae is recruiting for a Financial Reporting Manager to join a thriving global entity. If you are a Qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with an eye for detail and an analytical approach, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Drive accurate reporting through continuous review and challenge
* Understand financial reporting and drive improvements in accuracy
* Ensure reporting is consistent across business units and compliant with IFRS and PLC accounting policies
* Provide training and guidance to support business unit reporting
* Balance sheet and cash flow focus

Co-own delivery of management, statutory (IFRS) and planning cycles
* Interim and year end reporting
* Subsidiary accounts completion, review and submissions
* Balance sheet and cash flow reporting
* Ongoing group finance governance processes (e.g. balance sheet reviews, inter-company, policy compliance reviews)
* Build strong relationships with business unit contacts across the organisation

The successful candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified. They will have a professional communication style and be able to balance the right level of flexibility whilst maintaining discipline and agreed strategies.
