Financial Reporting Manager - Maidenhead
£45,000- £50,000 per annum plus Excellent Benefits and Bonus

Our client is a fast-paced and dynamic organisation with reputation for providing truly innovative products and successfully evolving the business along with market trend, looking to source a talented and ambitious Financial Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the more technical accounting areas
- Ensuring the business is prepared for the year end audit and being a key contact for the auditors
- Working with the wider business to ensure processes are correct and being applied appropriately
- Budgeting and forecasting of individual sales contracts and costs lines
- Liaising with the external Auditor, Tax adviser and Internal Auditor throughout the year
- Learning about the business and hot it is growing and evolving to assess the impact on the Company numbers
- Prepare monthly journals for depreciation, accruals and prepayments across all cost centres
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring unusual items are thoroughly investigated
- Prepare the monthly management report for central overhead ensuring any variances to budget and forecast are understood and explained
- Assist in the preparation of year end statutory accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness of disclosures
- Ad hoc project as required

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA Qualified with a strong academic record. You will have excellent technical accounting and reporting knowledge and be able to understand multi-currency transactions and account reconciliations.You must be flexible, organised and able to meet strict deadlines. You will have excellent attention to detail, first class communication skills and the ability to work closely with Senior Management.
