Job Description
The company are currently streamlining their Finance Function so a Finance Manager who has proven experience in implementing new processes and procedures would be preferred.
*Month End /Year end Accounting
*Audit Liaison
*Develop and implement consistent financial controls and processes
*Balance Sheet review and control - ensure all reconciliations completed and any reconciling items investigated and closed out on a timely basis
*Preparation of Statutory accounts
*Business partnering for all overhead functions
*Ensure intercompany balances reconciled and agreed
* Overhead control and analysis
*Liaison with Group Finance/Group Tax/Internal audit
*Management of team of 4
*Support the wider business facing finance team with provision of timely accurate information - eliminating errors and investigating differences.
The ideal candidate must have strong controls experience and be comfortable in managing a small team of part-qualified accountants. This is a critical role for the business and will work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure a smooth and accurate month end and forecast process.
