Vitae Financial Recruitment are officially instructed to search for an experienced PMO Lead to manage the Programme Management Office across the Finance Transformation programme implementing a new ERP platform for this global and listed business.
Reporting directly to the Programme Director this is a pivotal role bringing together all components of the Finance Transformation Programme to develop the finance function into a strategic partner as the business continues to expand its global footprint.
Managing a team of 2 but liaising / leading and partnering with sizeable wider team and the consulting partner.
What we are looking for;
*Must have previous experience of a large finance system (ERP) implementation, ideally Oracle Fusion experience, however the Oracle piece is not essential.
*Must have extensive experience setting up and running a PMO for a major Finance Transformation.
*Must be a strong project manager providing governance and guidance with the ability to work/partner/influence a sizeable programme team at a senior level with the ability to challenge and push back when required.
*Well versed in maintaining programme RAID logs and utilising relevant tools and techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling large scale programmes (MS Project, PPM tools / project software)
*First-hand experience of active management / ownership of overarching programme plans and production of programme reporting. Excellent reporting skills (programme/portfolio level reporting preferred)
*Management of programme documentation - change requests, business case, financials, design documents
*Extensive experience of setting up and management of PMO teams
