Job Description
Key duties include:
* Working with various stakeholders to document existing processes, systems, data, reports and controls and align to overarching approach and policies for Procurement and MRP.
* Identifying opportunities for improvements and implement fixes in the short and medium term
* Defining requirements for the Oracle Fusion implementation and work with the technical team and systems integrator to ensure the system is fit for purpose
* Supporting the design and delivery of UAT
* Leading the design and delivery of appropriate training and drive engagement and adoption across the business
* Supporting change management and communications
Skills & Experience required:
* Procurement and MRP best practice in engineering / supply chain environment
* Implementation of supply chain planning modules in Oracle or Fusion
* Able to work with senior stakeholders across a complex business
* Able to challenge convention and to ensure that the 'to be' solutions are fit for purpose
* Collaborative approach with strong communication skills
