Finance Manager, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
£55,000 - £60,000

Our client, a well-established market leading organisation, is looking to source a charismatic and technically strong Finance Manager to lead a team of transactional staff and take ownership of the reporting and processes within the business.

The successful individual will have performed a similar role within a large environment ( £250m+ turnover) and be able to depict a career to date that has shown consistent progression and the ability to positively impact a department; whether through effective people management, or process improvement.

Key duties include:
* Statutory accounts preparation
* Manage & develop transactional process team
* HMRC compliance (VAT, Intrastat etc)
* Cash management & cash flow forecast
* Treasury management
* Establish and report on KPIs
* Control balance sheet

As a prerequisite to any application, you must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, with experience gleaned from the manufacturing sector. Your technical abilities will be of a very high standard and you will have overseen transactional teams in the past. You will have worked with ERP systems in the past and be confident with Excel. Previous employment within the export trade may be advantageous, but the key is experience within a similar sized organisation, where a hands on approach is often needed.

The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to facilitate relationships across the business and push through recommendations to continually improve the infrastructure of the organisation.
