Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
£50,000 - £55,000 + car + bonus

Our client, a major brand in the hospitality industry with a presence all around the UK, are currently seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their Finance department at Head Office. They are seeking a highly competent qualified accountant who possesses excellent relationship building skills, and can confidently interact with stakeholders across the business.

The role
Working as a key liaison between the Finabce and Operations teams, the Finance Business Partner exists primarily to support the business strategically, financially and operationally. The role will directly support the company's plans going forward, and provide valuable input to ensure that projects and strategies are closely followed.

Key responsibilities
- Offering financial support to the regional heads
- Attend regional meetings with senior colleagues as required
- Work closely with the Operations team to offer important financial guidance, advice and support
- Identify cost saving opportunities, and regularly analyse financial performance
- Act as the business' expert in financial matters, with a particular focus on how these affect the commercial performance of the company
- Prepare and present business cases as necessary, including implementing company-wide initiatives
- Offer assistance to the preparation of budgets/forecasts
- Prepare and distribute financial reports to colleagues in order to maintain financial understanding across the board
- Support the wider finance team with month end accounting tasks

- Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Commercially aware with evidence of previous commercial involvement
- Extensive business partnering experience
- In-depth financial analytical skills
- Confident personality, comfortable building relationships across all seniority levels
- Ability to present in front of colleagues, with high level of credibility
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to meet tight deadlines
- Highly skilled on Microsoft Excel and other relevant computer programs
