This role would likely suit a school leaver or graduate with 6 - 12 months administrative experience, looking to kick start their career in a fun and progressive environment. The role will support a number of stakeholders across Finance, HR, Procurement and Projects, giving you great exposure to the wider business.
Main duties include:
* Travel expenses admin; profile, hotel rates and listing maintenance, reporting and analysis and coordinating with HR Team on policy revision. Identifying travel cost saving opportunities.
* Coordinating with Procurement on contract admin, ensuring completeness of records and required compliance
* PMO support; producing Programme pack and coordinating dashboard reporting, supporting on maintenance of plans and risk logs, write-ups of minutes from key meetings
This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator with excellent communication skills and a passion for high service delivery, to join an employer that provides a social, yet professional workplace. After 18 months or so, you'll undoubtedly be given the chance to move up and around the departments, in line with your own professional ambitions.
