Job Description
Main duties include:
* Defining, coordinating and implementing the data migration strategy across all phases
* Identifying data migration objects and source data
* Assessing data quality and define data standards
* Developing and agreeing plans and processes for collecting, cleansing and validating data
* Tracking and reporting data cleansing progress
* Managing data quality across phases
* Working with stakeholders to agree how much data is required
* Defining and executing data validation and improvement to source data
* Performing data migration audit, reconciling and exception reporting
* Managing migration dress rehearsals and post go-live support
* Direct management of a team of 2 - 4
Key skills & experience required:
* Migrating financial/procurement/project data on an Oracle implementation
* Proven track record leading the data collection, cleanse and migration activities on a large-scale transformation programme
* Ability to explain data, technology and project terms clearly and concisely, to a range of stakeholders
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Must be immediately available
