Credit Control OTC, Hertfordshire
£12 - £13 per hour
Minimum 6 Months, Temporary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client who are a giant in their sector, for a high calibre Credit Control Clerk to join their Order to Cash (OTC) team at their Hertfordshire offices. The role would aim to support the team in driving improvements with cash flow and cash management.

Main responsibilities include:

*Overseeing daily/weekly/monthly/annual team outputs ensuring remittances, direct debits and credit card processing credit note management are completed in promptly
*Working with internal and external stakeholders with regards to collection activity
*Working with OTC team in the EMEA Shared Services hub to continue process efficiency
*Executing credit risk and collection activity
*Participating in the production of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting

Candidates applying to this role should have existing knowledge of credit and collections with 2 years SAP user experience and minimum intermediate level proficiency with Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential as the role will involve interacting and negotiating with individual team members, business partners, management, and customers.
