Commercial Finance Manager (FTSE 100)
£55,000 - £65,000 + 20% Bonus
Luton, Bedfordshire


Our client, a truly innovative FTSE 100 that continues to outperform in an increasingly competitive market, is looking to source a top calibre and career minded Commercial Finance Manager to join its impressive team. This is a phenomenal opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving further growth on an international scale and be part of this highly successful, fast-paced business.

The successful individual will provide support to the Commercial Business by providing insight and guidance on revenue management and reporting. You will identify and analyse key business opportunities & risks, proposing creative solutions where necessary. You will report to a Senior Finance Manager, with a dotted line to the Head of Commercial Finance.

Main duties include:
* Financial planning and analysis for revenue streams for a c£5bn turnover, industry leading organisations including:
- Daily, weekly trading and trend analysis
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting
- Annual budget and 5 year planning processes
- Delivering high quality reporting and insights to business forecasts, budgets and business plans
* Business partner for related projects, developing insightful analysis that will aid decision making and optimise profitability
* Support strategic reviews, supplier contract renegotiation and identifying channel trends
* Managing and mentoring Analysts in the team

Key skills & experience required:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
* Strong business partnering experience gleaned in a commercial environment
* Excellent technical and management reporting skills, coupled with clear commercial acumen
* Ability to influence stakeholders, acting credibly and confidently to engage with others
* Highly ambitious, self-motivated and dedicated
* A proactive and positive approach to work and a flexible attitude
