Commercial Finance Manager

£75,000 + 20% bonus + share scheme + package

Our client, a truly impressive organisation with an unrivalled track record in innovation and growth, is looking to source a bright, confident and charismatic Commercial Finance Manager to join its top calibre team in this newly created position.

The Team
The Commercial Finance Team own and deliver financial planning, reporting and analysis for revenue streams, associated operating and capital costs for a multi-billion Pound industry leading business, so the successful candidate must be comfortable and capable working at pace, in a complex and evolving environment.

Job purpose
To provide effective financial business support to other key teams within the business. Provide insight and guidance on revenue and cost management and reporting, identify and analyse key business opportunities and issues. Propose solutions, recommendations and supporting delivery of agreed resolution. This role offers an excellent opportunity for further progression to senior leadership roles, due to regular close interaction with the board and executive directors.

Key responsibilities
* Business partner to Head of Loyalty, Directors and Business Leadership team, developing insightful analysis and processes that will aid decision making and optimise profitability
* Business case and proposition development
* Details post implementation analysis
* Tracking incremental and cannibalising customer behaviours
* Weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting; annual budget and 5 year planning process
* Investor relations support
* Supporting the Head of Commercial Finance on ad hoc commercial projects Key competencies:

* Possesses clear focus to deliver results, reviewing progress and adapting where needed
* Business performance; understanding how strategic initiatives are likely to impact
* Innovation and chance; always open to new ways of working and questions existing approaches

* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
