-Analysis, Review and communication of internal databases in order to identify sales opportunities. This will include:
-Contracts within 18 months of expiry
-Pricing reviews and controls to maximise profit for the business.
-Completion of weekly sales activity trackers, to include all activity (group and individual), forecasts and performance
-Assisting with special projects such as client distribution of acquired businesses. Liaise with Sales Director/s and sales team to profile, organize and move records in excel and in CRM
-Managing pipeline documents, liaising with sales users collating master documents for Director review
-Updates as required for Sales incentives
-Recording, logging and tracking all special pricing support requests, using vendor portals
-End of month; report on sales performance, monthly and new business league table and other performance reporting
-Oversee CRM system making amendments to territories where required by sales management, and updating records with key contact information
-Support and carry out any other duties as required by the sales management team
-HP Pipeline Management - Weekly Forecasting into HP
-Distribution forecast/ring fencing
The ideal candidate will be a commercially focused analyst with at least 2-3 years' experience in a fast-paced analytical role. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills will be essential and ODBC knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential.
Outstanding communication skills will be essential as this role will involve presenting complex information to senior stakeholders within the business.
