Job Description
Our client is a growing player in the services sector, having obtaining a large and developing client base. This face-paced company is looking for an experienced Billings Manager who has previously worked within the industry & can help support and mentor an intimate Contracts Admin Team.
Responsibilities Include:
* Manage a Contracts Admin Team of 6.
* Prepare and complete all sales invoices for service users
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure information is correct
* Check the daily accuracy of the sales information
* Ensure contracts and all relevant paperwork are complete & received on a timely basis
* Creating new contracts for billing
* Lead the process of billing runs, including generating & checking.
* To produce reports on a timely basis
* To ensure the month end procedures and deadlines are followed
To be successful you must have experience with a high volume of sales invoices, with a hands on approach (including strong management skills). This position provides a step into a fast growing company with plenty of opportunities to develop the team around you into larger roles in the future.
