Vitae has been instructed to search for an experienced Italian-speaking Accounts Receivable Clerk to join an establish global media entity based in London.
The successful candidate will be proficient in English and Danish and will provide support to the AR Manager, ensuring the billing and sales order process works efficiently, accurately and in line with guidelines.
Key role responsibilities will include:
-Preparation of cash
-flow forecasts
-Issue of invoices and client statements.
-Ledger reconciliation.
-Analysis of irregularities and implementation of solutions.
-Cash allocation onto an ERP system.
-Liaison with sales team in respect of client accounts and respective billing schedules.
Aside from the language and AR capabilities, our client is looking for a personable individual that is highly motivated with excellent communication skills (written and oral) that has the ability to work effectively, under pressure.
