Accounts Receivable Clerk (Remote working)
3-month temporary contract
£10 per hour

Vitae is currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a nationally recognised FMCG entity on a 3-month temporary contract. The role will be home-based for the duration of this time. The successful candidate must have had previous experience in an accounts receivable/credit control role and will be assisting the AR team clear a backlog of debits.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Working through a backlog of Debit Notes
* Grouping, obtaining write off approval and transacting through ERP system
* Review targeted Debit Note queries
* Liaising with customers to claim back
* Weekly reporting to assist with monitoring and trackability
* Help align working folders with the current Debit Notes for review and action.

Essential Requirements:
* Experience in an AR/Credit Control capacity.
* A sound understanding of accounting practices.
* Familiar and comfortable working with ERP systems.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
* Must be numerical and comfortable handling data.
* Able to work remotely.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
