An opportunity has arisen with one of our established clients - a market leader highly rated within it's specialised industry - for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join its friendly, dedicated and driven finance team.
The successful candidate will be proficient in English and ideally one other European language and will provide support to the AR Manager, ensuring the billing and sales order process works efficiently, accurately and in line with guidelines.
Key role responsibilities will include:
- Preparation, verification and processing of invoices
- Liaison with sales team in respect of client accounts and respective billing schedules
- Generating invoices and statements
- Follow up and payment collections
- Review of aged debtors reports
- Preparation of cash flow forecast
- Analysis of irregularities and implementation of solutions
- Cash allocation onto ERP system
Aside from the AR capabilities, our client is looking for a personable individual that is highly motivated with excellent communication skills (written and oral) that has the ability to work effectively, under pressure. Experience of Netsuite is also desirable, although not essential.
