Vitae has been instructed to search for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join an establish construction entity based in North West London on a 6-month fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will provide support to the AR Supervisor, ensuring the billing and sales order process works efficiently, accurately and in line with guidelines.
Key role responsibilities will include:
-Preparation of cash
-flow forecasts
-Issue of invoices and client statements.
-Ledger reconciliation.
-Analysis of irregularities and implementation of solutions.
-Cash allocation onto an ERP system.
-Liaison with sales team in respect of client accounts and respective billing schedules.
