Accounts Receivable Administrator, Permanent, Kings Langley

Our client, a well-established and supportive business, is seeking an accounts receivable administrator to join their finance department. The role is centred on one of the revenue streams of the business and will report directly into a specialised finance manager. Key Responsibilities
- Checking all documents are processing through in-house document system to approval stage
- Processing transactions from invoice to pay out
- Credit control ensuring debt is kept to a minimum
- Allocating cash when invoices paid by companies
- Ensuring all assignments are sent off to clients
- Reporting the settlement to the FD each month
- Raising credits for settlements where necessary

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and talented individual with experience in both accounts receivable and administration. You will be proven in your abilities surrounding invoicing and credit control. With a high level or accuracy and attention of detail you will be confident in your abilities surrounding data entry. This role requires a high level of interpersonal skills, as you will be liaising with both other teams within the organisation as well as external clients. A team player, the ideal candidate will also be confident working from their own initiative.
