Accounts Payable- St Albans- Temporary
£24,000- £28,000fte

Our client, a highly reputable and dynamic business, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join them immediately for a temporary basis to assist in year end.

Key Responsibilities
- Inputting supplier invoices and credit notes onto the system
- Matching and coding invoices
- Completing daily cash reconciliations
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Resolving invoice queries from suppliers and members of staff
- Processing company expenses
- Ad-hoc duties as required

The successful candidate will be a proven accounts payable professional, confident working within a fast paced, high volume Accounts Payable department. You will possess excellent communication skills, giving you the ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external individuals.

Excellent organisational abilities are essential, with proven examples of your ability to meet deadlines. Due to the nature of the vacancy only candidates who are immediately available will be considered.
