Job Description

Our client, a fast-growing, multi-site business with a loyal following and vibrant working environment, is looking to source an Accounts Payable Clerk on an initial temporary basis.

Main duties include:
* Run a weekly payment for all suppliers of the Group companies
* Prepare accruals and prepayments journals
* Matching and coding invoices
* Carry out monthly review supplier statements to ensure Vendor ledgers are up to date
* Carry out monthly bank-reconciliations for all accounts
* Accurately post credit card transactions and staff expenses to MS Dynamic Nav accounting software

The client will be looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional, who is capable of working independently and shows clear autonomy in the role. You will be a trusted, hardworking individual with a proven track record in a similar position.
