Job Description

Accounts Payable Clerk - 6-month Contract, Rickmansworth
Up to £25,000 plus 10% bonus

Our client, an impressive market leader in their chosen field, is looking to source a hard-working and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join their busy, forward thinking team on a fixed-term basis for a minimum of 6 months.

Key accountabilities include:
*Register supplier invoices and credit notes onto the system
*Matching, batching and coding invoices
*Completing daily cash reconciliations
*Reconcile supplier statements
*Resolve invoice queries from suppliers and members of staff
*Producing and checking month end reports
*Allocate the daily cash post where necessary
*Processing company expenses
*Posting journals
*Other ad-hoc duties as required

The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years' experience working within a fast paced, high volume Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable role. You will be self-motivated and highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will possess strong inter-personal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external suppliers.
