Our client, a thriving brand in their market, is searching for an individual with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to dealing with various challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience within AP and will be confident in relaying suggestions for optimisation to senior members in the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Suggesting and aiding to implement new AP processes
* Purchase request management
* Purchase approval
* Requisition control for vendor purchases
* Invoice matching and management
* Liaising with the Banking division to ensure timely payments
* T&E expense management
* Complex reconciliations
* Production and analysis of monthly management information
* Provide recommendations for cost optimisation and drive delivery of same
* Responsible for the AP lines in the monthly balance sheet substantiation process
