Continued expansion has created the opportunity for a motivated Treasury Assistant to join a leading utilities entity in Watford on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
The successful individual will be part of a supportive team and can expect to develop their experience within a dynamic business.
Key duties include:
* Daily bank reconciliations.
* Processing applied and unallocated payments.
* Processing direct debits, credit card payments and customer refunds.
* Overseeing end to end Order to Cash process.
* Recording of accounts receivable transactions.
* Processing high volume of supplier invoices.
* Checking invoices are addressed and coded correctly.
* Processing weekly BACS payments.
* Other ad hoc duties when required
The successful candidate will have experience of AP and AR as well as exposure to cash management and banking operations. You will be a motivated self-starter with excellent IT skills, including advanced Excel knowledge. You will have a confident and innovative approach to work as well as being able to communicate effectively.
